Very poor communication and passing over of documents

My experience has been very poor with this company. Nearly 4 months after completion of a remortgage, I am still waiting to receive my new Title Deeds (change of house name) and the indemnity insurance documents both of which I have paid for. I have lost count how many times I have emailed them requesting this, the last being a couple of weeks ago which I have not even had any response to. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

Stay clear worse solicitors

I used these to do a remortgage on my property back in September 7 months later still not completed. These are the worse solicitors I’ve ever dealt with. No communication from the case manager. Requested several call backs and never received a one back. Gave me a completion date but didn’t confirm the date with the mortgage company then the valuation expired leaving me back at the start of a remortgage. Don’t waste your time or money on these

Incompetent & incredibly unhelpful

Completely useless experience from start to finish.. Most people (like ourselves) don’t know a great deal about how remortgaging and the finance’s work. Firstly, during the 3 months we received 1 email from our ‘case manager’ (Laura Zamojskyj) offering no help at all. 3 working days before completion, we received an email (through our estate agents) that had been forwarded from Laura, asking for further documentation. Two weeks prior to this, we sent an email asking if ONP needed anything else, to which we were told ‘no we have everything we need for completion’. Considering Laura had 3 months to get this sorted, to ask for more documents 3 working days before completion, is utterly terrible. Secondly, I had just one query after completion that I needed an answer to. I called at 10am specifically asking for a phonecall with Laura, but was told she was in a meeting and would get a call back. At 11am I received a snotty email that did not answer my question at all. I called back again at 12pm to ask to speak to Laura, to be told she was in a phonecall and that she would call back as soon as she could. 5 days later, I’m still waiting for that phonecall. It’s clear Laura has completely ignored me and the entire experience has been awful from start to finish. I have since called my estate agent and got a simple answer to my question in 20 minutes. I will be posting this review on google reviews and anywhere else I can to ensure that even if one person chooses not to go with ONP, that’s a win for me. Rude, incompetent and zero help/support from start to finish. I will be glad to never use this company again.

House Conveyancing

Contacted this lot for house conveyancing in the morning. They said they would get back to me later, so I waited, but no reply. I was going into Stockport the next day, so I thought I'd pop in, but was met by 2 security guards, they were informed but no one came down from their glass tower. A security guard handed me a phone to talk to them. Later that morning they phoned, I said I had been waiting 24 hours, the lady on the phone said she had only just been handed my details by the manager. I told I already had another local company's quote which I had accepted and who when enquiring if I needed an appointment said just come in during business hours. That's what you get if you treat customers like riff-raff.
