Sophie took my case through difficult circumstances and advised me throughout. I would have preferred a graph of the process with time frames as although Sophie did explain, the whole situation put me in disillusionment for quite a while. Both Sophie and Kathryn were extremely sympathetic to my plight and did a lot of work for me which was extremely kind as the whole case turned out to cost twice as much as originally planned... Another headache that Sophie tried her best to make as pain free as possible... If there is one aspect I would improve is the face to face contact as sometimes that resolved things quickly, however the regular contact was great . Thank you all for your assistance.
