I am 79 and this was the first time I had moved house on my own since my husband died. I was quite frightened of the whole process, and of being taken advantage of, if I am honest. Nobody at this firm ever made me feel foolish. Things were explained to me more than once when I asked and never in a hurried way. When there was something I needed to sign, the girl who dealt with my file went through it line by line on the telephone first. I am now settled in my bungalow and very happy. My daughter, who is a good deal more suspicious than I am, has said she will use them herself.

Outstanding service by Trent Law Solicitors.. Dealt with my shop lease ‚very much communicative updating me at every stage ,highly efficient and very professional. They were incredibly thorough in reviewing the commercial lease, spotting potential risks in the terms, and negotiating favourable clauses on my behalf. I would highly recommend.

Extremely poor service regarding a property matter. The firm made basic administrative errors early on, including incorrect core property details. Over a three-month period, the process suffered from severe delays, a lack of updates, and inconsistent communication.Furthermore, tasks were performed and billed for against my explicit instructions, and key choices were made without prior consultation. When I challenged these actions and raised concerns about the billing, the firm terminated the instruction, issued an abortive invoice change of tone which totally dance against certain tune, and retained a 95% ,of my funds for uncompleted work. I cannot recommend their services where are my searches that i paid for and thank you for wasting my energy
