Represent Law were exceptional in helping us with a claim against our landlord. They got the best outcome they could and were extremely knowledgeable in answering any questions we had. After my professional landlord did not return my whole deposit (rather unfairly) I approached a few firms and no one was interested until I was referred to the services of Represent by Justice for Tenants (which proved to be an absolute Godsend in the end).
I was simply wanting my entire deposit back but Clark and his Team diligently went through the case and found out due to a number of irregularities (lack of adequate deposit protection) by the Landlord they were liable to pay more...a lot more! In the end I received 7x my deposit which in no way did I expect. It was worth the 18month wait to see this through and they were worth every penny of their 20% no win no fee.
Clark and his team handled the case professionally, with patience and did all the leg work. They draw on their huge bank of experience in dealing with all manner of cases so you are in good hands. As far as I'm concerned they are the only firm in town for tenant Deposit disputes if you ever get messed around by your landlord.
Keep up the good work representing the little guy Represent.

Took my horrible old landlord to court for not protecting my deposit. He was a scary man and we really didn’t look forward to it, but David and his team made everything so easy for us. They were thorough, easy to contact, and explained everything to us. I barely had to do anything, and in court David was always one step ahead of the defence and even the judge at one point. Easiest win of my life, would definitely use Represent Law again (though hopefully won’t have to)

Absolutely fantastic cannot fault them. I am a complete novice in legal matters and they never once made me feel like I was out of my depth. After submitting a previous deposit protection claim using another legal firm, I really did not know what to expect from Represent Law as the other firm had been absolutely atrocious in every sense, in particular when it came to communication and getting paid (I'd have to beg them to transfer the money into my account).
The service I received from Represent Law has been outstanding, starting from the very beginning when they took time to understand my case, they secured the highest percentage possible of compensation for me and not once did I have trouble getting replies to my emails. Payments were made swiftly into my account and never had to chase them.
I'm extremely grateful for the work Clark Barrett and the Represent Law team did on my behalf and I HIGHLY recommend this firm to tenants looking to make a deposit compensation claim.
