I would definitely recommend Morton Brody Law. Ashleigh has been representing me regarding contact/family law for the past three years. It has been difficult at times personally and she has always been supportive & professional. She gives me clear and accurate advice. Ashleigh and more recently Olivia have been prompt and explained all options and always make sure I am happy before proceeding. They both listen to my concerns and advice appropriately. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable family lawyer.

Miss Morton represented me in a case regarding contact with my daughter. She was professional, very honest about what could happen with the outcome of the case and made it very easy to communicate with herself or anyone in the office. I also used Miss Morton to help me with a settlement agreement with a former employer. I would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

I have been using Ashleigh Morton from Morton Brody Law since 2021 dealing with my separation. It has been very time consuming not on our side but Ashleigh has been very patient and understanding with what I’ve been dealing with. I would highly recommend Ashleigh and her team very professional service all round. I was always kept up to date with what was happening and can’t thank her enough.

I would've been better learning law and representing myself. Over 22 months all that happened was sending emails back and forth between lawyers. By the time I got to court and seen in person this lawyer for the first time I realised I'd been taken for a fool and i gave up.
If you can get to meet the lawyer, decide then if they're what you'd expect from a lawyer who will defend you and at the same time inform you of everything you need to know.
I would not recommend.

Morton Brody Law’s principal solicitor is Ashleigh Morton. Ashleigh has lived all her life in Falkirk. She attended Falkirk High School. Ashleigh graduated from Stirling University in 2011 after 7 years completing a BA(HONS) in business law and Spanish and the accelerated LLB with Merit. She completed the Diploma in Legal Practice in 2012. After completing her Diploma, Ashleigh undertook her traineeship at a prominent firm of solicitors in Falkirk where she made regular appearances at Falkirk & Alloa Sheriff Courts. Thereafter, she spent over 5½ years with two well established firms in Dunfermline. Morton Brody Law opened its doors in November 2020 and covers a wide range of Family Law. Ashleigh makes regular appearances in Falkirk, Alloa and Stirling Sheriff Courts. Ashleigh is also a Child Welfare Reporter and an accredited Family Law Mediator.
