I used Emma Lamb to complete on a house during a very difficult situation. She was incredible at unpicking a really comlex situation and had high expectations of other professionals involved in the conveyancy. Awful, praying on victims of vulnerable people who have lost their loved ones. Demanding money at a time of there most lowest point. And then months later after paying a large sum, after you do all the leg work they cancel everything and take there cut expecting you to pay the full price all over again, then months later demand another legal fee from no where giving very little time in which to pay. They don’t not liaising with you or help in anyway, impossible to get hold of anyone, except a reception who hasn’t got a clue and won’t allow you to talk to anyone and refuses to help. My honest opinion there are a lot of helpful people in this world these aren’t them. Unless you have a lot of money. But your pockets better be deep. You have been WARNED !! A very disgruntled client
