      Help with Without Prejudice-Settlement

      First I need to thank Richard for his help in making this issues become as painless as possible. Everything was done online/phone which avoided having to travel to have meetings. I did ask for him to complete the process within a time frame which he did which i didn’t expect. Service was excellent and the fixed price meant there wasn’t any unexpected cost. Highly Recommended I would like to put my name against this review but my case does not permit it hence the anonymous

      Settlement Agreement

      Richard provided expert guidance regarding my case. He thoroughly explored all the facts to gain context, he discussed and offered options, alternatives and scenarios to prepare for negotiation, he warned of pitfalls and risks and ensured I was perfectly positioned, prepared and fully advised to take my case back to my employer. This included detailed review, comment and changes to the proposed employer agreement. This all resulted in a satisfactory outcome for myself whilst maintaining a positive relationship with my employer. Additionally, Richard is a true gentleman who acts with dignity, empathy and warmth.

      Excellent - highly recommended

      Richard is brilliant. I had an urgent request regarding an employment contract and he was able to complete the work within 24 hours from initial phone call.
