Concerns About Confidentiality and Billing Transparency
I had a disappointing experience with this firm and would advise others to proceed with caution. One of my main concerns was how sensitive information was handled. On one occasion, I was sent an email chain in error that clearly related to another client and contained extensive personal and case-related information. There were also organisational issues, for example, I experienced confusion with appointments where multiple clients appeared to be scheduled into the same Zoom session at the same time. Also, I found the billing difficult to folow and lacking transparency. I was charged multiple separate units for what I believed to be a straightforward amendment request, without clear explanation in advance of how these costs would be applied. All these happened with their number one family solicitor. Happy to share more evidence and proofs if needed!
