Following the death of a family member earlier this we I needed a solicitor to handle probate, conveyancing and then a revision of my will. I submitted a number of enquiries to local practices of which some still haven't responded to my enquiry submitted via their own websites!!! Tamara did respond to my enquiry and after inviting myself and another family member in for a discussion explained the whole probate process, what information she needed from us and the possible timescales. To us it was a big thing but it's something she deals with every day so put us at ease by telling us that we had a relatively straightforward estate to deal with. There were complications with both the probate and conveyancing process but that was down to mistakes made by a different law firm in 2016 which Tamara and her colleagues had to carry extra work for us in order to rectify those errors. I'm pleased to say that then end result is that I can head into 2026 with all the estate affairs finalised and a revised will thanks to Tamara and her colleagues.

Ciara and Sophie recently helped us with our sale and purchase, and are without doubt two of the best solicitors I've worked with (and I was in estate agency for a number of years). It was a very complicated sale, involving a tricky managment agent, a third party, and Herrington Carmichael solicitors who were acting for our buyer and were probably the most incompetant I've come across. Nevertheless, Ciara was relentless, and her professionalism when dealing with these challenges was outstanding. The communication throughtout the whole process was amazing, and there was full transparently whether it was a positive or negative update. I don't think our sale would have ever happened if we didn't have Ciara on our side. Sophie dealt with our purchase, her professionalism and efficiency dealing with any challenges was admirable. And again, her communication was fantastic throughout the entire process. She also worked with Ciara on our sale towards the end, and added some extra pressure on to our buyer's solicitors to get it done in time. I would also like to say thank you to Aisha and Zahra, who helped out with a few bits on the way and were a pleasure to deal with. We will, without a doubt, be using Ciara and Sophie when it is time to move again! We are very grateful for your support during the process.
