We had an excellent experience with our solicitor, who prepared wills for both my wife and me. As we are domiciled in the US but have property and assets in the UK, we needed advice on the best way to structure our wills to cover our UK estate. She was knowledgeable, personable and a pleasure to deal with, explaining everything clearly and providing practical advice. She was also extremely efficient, preparing our wills within just a few days. We were very pleased with the whole process and would have no hesitation in recommending her.

As first-time buyers, there were a number of points we wanted to understand properly, and Shilpav took care to guide us through the process and make sure matters were dealt with correctly. Kerry was fantastic. Much much more thorough in her documentation and questioning during our initial meeting to draft our will than a solicitor we have used in the past. This was hugely reassuring. The explanations of the various clauses in plain English was also really appreciated. We would definitely recommend Foster Harrington for wills.
