Professionalism With Heart

My client and I are so grateful to have been represented by Berry Legal. Charlene and her team have been amazing support throughout our case and we could not have achieved what we have without them. It is great that Berry Legal offers legal aid, which is straightforward to apply for.

Charlene has a wealth of experience and was able to give us great advice and realistic expectations. As well as a great level of customer service and professionalism, Berry Legal also demonstrated a high level of care and compassion. This combination made a significant difference in our case.
I have dealt with other solicitors who have not been able to get this balance right when dealing with sensitive cases.

Charlene at Berry Legal helped to alleviate some of my stress by providing clear advice tailored to my circumstances at the early stages of my divorce.
Her empathetic, but pragmatic approach was key and helped me to understand what my options were.

Although I'm not over the finish line yet, I wouldn't hesitate to seek further advice in the future and would highly recommend her services to anyone in need of legal advice.

Contacting Charlene was the best decision that I made during my divorce. Before her I felt lost and did not receive the support and advice that I needed. Very empathetic

Berry legal gave me support during a very hard time in my life, when I couldn’t get contact with my daughter. You were very empathetic to feelings but also very honest about the system and how it works, which left me under no illusions with how tedious and strenuous the task at hand was going to be. End result is I have a court order giving me contact with my daughter, it was worth all the pain to get her back.

Berry Legal Consultancy Service was founded by Charlene Berry, a qualified UK Solicitor. She has over 15 years’ experience as a Solicitor. She commenced her career in private practice working with clients in respect of Divorce proceedings, contact agreements, parental responsibility orders and special guardianship orders. She furthered her career as a child protection lawyer within a number of London Local Authorities and has gained invaluable experience in this field. In order to solidify this experience, she obtained a Master’s Degree at King’s College London in Child Studies, learning more about the field of family law and child protection from an academic platform. It would seem that Charlene has spent the majority of her working life obtaining a 360 view of children and families. In her spare time she is a foster carer with her husband who aims to provide a warmth and safe environment for very vulnerable children in society. With a genuine desire to go over and above to assist individuals in their time of need she wanted to offer her legal advice to a wider field. Her experience has led her to managing teams and implementing transitional changes within legal departments. Charlene sits as a Children’s Panel Member which is accredited by The Law Society.
