Kerry was fantastic. Much much more thorough in her documentation and questioning during our initial meeting to draft our will than a solicitor we have used in the past. This was hugely reassuring. The explanations of the various clauses in plain English was also really appreciated. We would definitely recommend Foster Harrington for wills.

A big thank you to Shilpav and Janet, for carrying out the conveyancing on the sale and purchase of our home. Shilpav and his team were very professional and quick to answer queries. He was always available for questions and he processed my sale very quickly, when there was pressure from the buyer's side to transact as quick as 6 weeks after agreeing a sale price. I recommend BWT Law highly and I am now using Shilpav for my purchase.
The worst solicitor firm out there. Used them for dealing with my late mother's estate which is still not settled 18 months following her death. Also used them for house sale and purchase, completely incompetent, avoid at all costs!!!

I can’t thank Sophie enough for all the hard work, both on and off the clock, she put in for me and my partner. From the very start she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Nothing but pure professionalism throughout, and whenever I felt worried she reassured me every step of the way. Great woman, fantastic workmanship. I’d highly recommend her to anyone.
We were very disappointed with the service we received when selling our property. We repeatedly had to chase for updates and information, and communication throughout the process was poor. Responses to our buyer’s solicitors did not appear to be made in a timely manner, which added unnecessary stress. Six months after completion we were contacted and told we owed additional money relating to a servicing issue, but the solicitor was unable to explain why. This later turned out to be an error, causing avoidable worry. We also had to chase the return of our retention fee six months after it was due, receiving it only after a second follow-up and without any apology. Having since used another conveyancing firm, the difference in service has been clear. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this firm.
