Stay well away or live to regret it
I would stay as far away from The Partnership in Guildford as you possibly can. They are the definition of slow, my "simple" sale ended up taking 7 months. Their communication included hiding additional fees in the T&Cs at the bottom of documents (£120 to hold a £200 money on file) and multiple incorrect calculations in the Financial Statement - luckily I checked this thoroughly otherwise I would have been £££ out of pocket. The biggest low was when I had to intervene and pay fees to the management company directly as the Partnership took too long to do it themselves, which had the potential to run the sale of my property. Stay well away or live to regret it. And the "portal" is not helpful, the weekly updates are so brief and non-sensical (unless you're legally trained) they might as well not bother. I also asked to speak to management about my complaints and nobody was interested - says it all.
