I'm really satisfied with the service I have received from Arcadia Law Ltd., Rebecca and her team member Thulasi has been brilliant with dealing with my Lease extension. Excellent service and attention to detail

I had my lease extended with Arcadia Law and I would highly recommend the firm for that.
However, Jensee Seetaram went above and beyond and actually found a problem with the deed title to my property, which I had paid a different solicitor and firm to change fifteen years previously. If it wasn’t for Jensee’s thoroughness then my ex-partner would still be on the deeds and I cannot thank her enough.

Happy with the service at Arcadia

We needed to extend our lease and Arcadia were consistently prompt and efficient, we were happy with the price that they negotiated with our landlord and they were professional throughout. We would use them again.

The person was efficient and friendly. She was knowledgeable and answered all my queries quickly.
There was no problem with getting the extension of the lease to my flat. She dealt with the freeholder ( Westminster City Council) and everything went smoothly.
I am happy with the result and service provided.

Leasehold property advice

Rebecca assisted us with the sale of our flat and navigated the complex lease and sub-lease structures attached to the flat in order to clarify the position to the buyer's lawyer. We contacted Rebecca well down the line in the sale process and she was fantastic in getting up to speed very quickly and delivering the crucial advice that was required to clarify the position for the buyer. Her outstanding responsiveness and ability to distil complex legal matters into plain english for unsophisticated users of legal service is second to none and I would thoroughly reccomend her to anyone who is looking to navigate the weird and wonderful world of leasehold property.

Quick and pain free lease extension
