I cannot recommend Thili highly enough. She has supported me and my family through multiple legal matters following the death of my mother, and throughout what could have been an incredibly stressful and overwhelming process, she was consistently outstanding and always generous with her time and expertise. Her work included administering my mother’s estate, handling split titles, new leases, percentage ownership arrangements, deeds of trust, property sales and deeds of variation as well as numerous other property-related legal matters across two continents. Every aspect was dealt with with exceptional efficiency, care, and professionalism. Her promptness was beyond anything I have experienced before — if she did not respond the same day, she would respond the same morning ! She often worked on our matters over weekends and holidays, which showed an extraordinary level of dedication and commitment. What truly set Thili apart for me was not only her competence, but her manner. So many legal professionals can feel intimidating, dismissive, or unnecessarily harsh in tone. Thili was the complete opposite. She was warm, supportive, encouraging, calm, and reassuring throughout. She always made difficult situations feel manageable and was generous with practical guidance within her professional remit, helping us think ahead about matters that could arise after property sales and administration, including EPC reports and tenancy considerations. Her fees were also exceptionally reasonable and transparent, with manageable upfront costs that never felt exploitative or overwhelming. Sadly, before finding Thili, I had experienced years of frustration with other solicitors over family matters — transactions delayed unnecessarily without resolution, poorly drafted documents full of errors, and situations where I felt I had to proofread and correct legal work myself. Working with Thili was an entirely different experience. I had complete confidence that everything was being handled diligently, thoroughly, and properly. If something required additional support, such as witnessing documentation, she would organise it almost immediately through trusted colleagues and contacts. Most importantly, she restored my faith in solicitors completely. I felt supported not only professionally but personally during an extremely difficult period in my life, and I will always be deeply grateful for her help.
