I used Manchesters to purchase my first property in 2017 and was really happy with the service and support. When it was time to sell up and buy a new home earlier this year, there were no doubts as to who my first choice of solicitor would be. James Manchester is kind, supportive, thorough and patient. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to make sure that I understood what was happening step by step. I felt reassured throughout. Whenever we had a call or face to face appointment, it was on time and never felt rushed. The team in the office were also amazing, recognising my voice when I called in and being as up to date with the sale/purchase as was needed. Emails are always responded to, calls returned etc. The whole service is very personal, I felt like James was carefully watching over and going above and beyond to meet deadlines and get the results we wanted. I wouldn’t use anybody else and I would happily recommend.

With the lease on my wife's leasehold property fast reducing to a dangerous level of all the solicitors in the Croydon area I contacted for help, James Manchester of Manchesters Solicitors was the only person willing to take on the task. He has been thorough, patient and totally professional in his dealings with the freeholder's solicitors and during the renewal process he identified a problem with the allocated parking space which was resolved by a new lease plan being drawn up by an outside company, fully accepted by the freeholder. As a result my wife now has a new 125 year lease and her concerns have been fully satisfied. A truly wonderful firm on our doorstep.
