What can I say except, exceptional service, fast, efficient, straightforward information & feedback which allowed me to make quick decisions on what was needed. I would without doubt recommend HJL for property conveyancing without exception and I will 100% be using them again.

A seemingly straightforward sale of a freehold cottage in Cornwall. Until past planning issues and Grade 2 listing combined to make it anything but straightforward! A garden on the other side of the road and an open fire with no chimney compounded matters. All were handled with skill and efficiency by Simon Leo and his team. Simon's communication was brilliant across emails and phone calls. Fantastic – worth their weight in gold!! My partner and I worked with Leigh when purchasing our first home.
