Outstanding service
This was our first time using Hill Johnson & Leo Solictors and I cannot recommend them enough. The whole process of selling our property was made so much easier with this firm. Simon was always quick to reply to any concerns and offered great legal advice.
There were no hidden charges and we paid exactly what we were quoted for which was considerably cheaper than other firms.
I will definitely use this firm again in the future.

Excellent Service, Advice and Responsiveness

Excellent service
Simon and his team made the whole process very easy! I lost faith in the conveyancing process having had a bag experience previously, however faith has been restored thanks to Simon and his team! They did everything to beat the stamp duty deadline and we did it!

Best solicitor in town!
We have used HJL before, and were equally as impressed this time around. Simon did our conveyancing for the sale and purchase of two properties. His communication from the get go is brilliant, so you always know at what point in the process you are at. Simon is always on hand to answer any queries, and his friendly and approachable nature is priceless. Excellent support to completion
Simon has been incredibly patient and helpful with us through a few complicated (for us anyway!) transactions all happening at once. Both the sale of a commercial lease and the purchase of a new one were completed successfully within one week of each other which was ideal timing for us. Simon was always able to explain things clearly and it always felt like he acted in our interest to make sure the lease matched what we needed and future proofed our business. He was always ready to give advice to any questions and was always professional and unflustered despite it being quite a stressful process for us at times. We have worked with Simon for a few years now on both commercial and residential transactions and would happily recommend him to others

House move
Simon is very detailed in his work and covers everything and more. He was very helpful and explained things over email and phone during the process.
