Property purchase with Vas Solicitors and Janith Sivathas
Large freehold property purchase with complicated financing and complicated by the fact that I was mostly overseas. Handled seamlessly and professionally by Janith and his firm. I am a professional landlord and developer with multiple residential and commercial properties and extensive experience in dealing with solicitors. I selected this firm never having used them before and solely as they were on the lender panel and was wonderfully surprised by the excellent service, proactive stance and ease of communication especially with Janith Sivathas who will have all of my future business - well done!
