A complete sham of a service
I spoke to the solicitors Ross on 3 occasions about my instruction. On the first occasion, I attend an appointment they booked, which they forgot. The trainee solicitor took my instruction and said they will action. I chased for 3 weeks and decided to go back in. I was told by the trainee that they lost my instruction that contained my personal info. She took my instruction again and asked that I send my personal financial info again. I emailed the details the next day, only to be sent a reply to say that cannot take on my work, due to having no capacity. This was an awful experience and far from professional. My personal details have been shared on two occasions for no reason. Waste of time.

Rowshon was the best lawyer to ever have. She was dedicated, Motivated, devoted, and passionate about our case and she wanted to help us the best way that she could. She didn't see us as a client, she treated us like we were family and gave us her all to give us positive results. She was compassionate and caring and took the time to put herself in our shoes, she understood the hurt and pain we were going through. And we were so lucky to have a lawyer like her fall into our hands. We know that whatever problem we may face later on in life, we know that we can count on her no matter what, and she always gives us her 100%. Thank you Rowshon. You're a Queen.
