Anna and Hannah are dealing with the estate of our beloved Dad including the sale of his property. For myself and my brother this is an upsetting and extremely stressful time, fortunately Anna and Hannah are professional and efficient and both just get things done without causing more stress.
Everything can be dealt with by email where possible and they both respond quickly when needed.
We have been very happy with their services - thoroughly recommended!

I asked Anna Arthur Assocs for help with our house sale / purchase conveyancing work.
Both Anna Arthur and Hannah Lewis have excelled. They tackled the work with supreme professionalism on all fronts but at the same time were always contactable. They communicated extremely well, whether that be routine correspondence or dealing quickly with any queries.
In addition, their professional charges were very competitive!

The whole process, from offering on the property, through exchange and completion, conveyancing for the sale of our previous property, and the reclaiming of overpaid stamp duty, appeared effortless. This is probably because it was, for us. Hannah Lewis dealt quickly and professionally with all aspects, was suitably reassuring throughout, and made the whole thing stress and trouble free. When, at near completion of the sale of our mothers property, the original solicitors unceremoniously dropped out of the transaction with no explanation.
Anna Arthur and Hannah stepped in.
They hit the floor running and my sister and myself for the first time since we had engaged the original solicitors, felt confident that someone knew what they were doing.
They are amazingly professional but human with it.
The initial stress had turned to relief and today we completed on the property.
We are very happy customers.
