Spouse Visa Extension

I was quite nervous about extending my husbands spouse visa as I was not sure about what was needed to be submitted.

I then contacted WH Solicitors who responded so swiftly and reassured me by explaining what documentation I needed to gather to support the application process.

The level of service was phenomenal from the initial phone call to uploading documents and then submitting the application. Waleed made it so so simple and lifted the weight of our shoulders.

We received our outcome within a month of submitting which was successful!

We submitted a spousal visa application to the Home Office. We were concerned about the application's timing and wanted to be confident that our application would be approved, so we reached out to Waleed Hassan. Previously, we had worked with another solicitor who misled and misinformed us regarding the visa application process. Had we not sought out Waleed, I don’t believe that our application would have been approved. The service that we received was phenomenal. Waleed was so attentive and informative throughout the whole process. I would absolutely recommend this solicitor to anyone else going through the visa process.

Did both fiancé and spouse visa with Mr Waleed Hassan. I went to Mr Waleed last minute to apply for fiancé visa before the April 2024 threshold change. He helped me out with doing everything even though it was so last minute (literally a week before the threshold change). Everything went smoothly with his guidance and we got married in the UK.
Afterwards applied for spousal visa, it was successful and visa approved. Thank you WH Solicitors!!

Would, highy, highly recommend the firm, and Mr Waleed Hassan for being very reliable, quick to communicate and for providing a fast and reliable service.

I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Hassan for your spouse visa application. I successfully completed my application through him, and he promptly received my response from HMRC within two weeks.
