They explained everything clearly, guided us through the application process and made sure all the required documents and information were prepared correctly. I would like to share my experience with WH Solicitors, particularly Mr Waleed Hassan, who recently handled my British citizenship application. I had some concerns about my application because my previous immigration history included a few visa refusals and an overstay. Given my circumstances, I wanted to make sure my application was prepared and submitted correctly. I chose WH Solicitors because Waleed had previously handled several immigration applications for both myself and members of my family. Based on my previous experience with his service, I had complete confidence in his knowledge and professionalism. Throughout my citizenship application, Waleed was professional, approachable and extremely helpful. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions and guided me through the process with great attention to detail. I am delighted that my British citizenship application was successfully approved. This is a very important milestone for me and my family, and I am grateful to Waleed for his support and guidance. I would highly recommend WH Solicitors and Waleed Hassan to friends and family. I have been very pleased with the service I have received over the years and would happily use their services again in the future. Thank you so much,Mr Waleed and Team, for your excellent service and continued support.

I reached out to WH Solicitors in May to help with my spouse visa application. Before applying, my main concern was that even though my documents were genuine, I might fail to meet the Home Office's exact requirements if I applied by myself. I chose WH Solicitors because they are local to my home in Woking and their fees are reasonable. The whole process was very pleasant. The team was responsible and dedicated. They helped me carefully review all my materials and drafted the necessary documents. Today, my visa was successfully approved. I am very happy with their service and would definitely recommend WH Solicitors to my friends and family. Thank you.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to WH Solicitors ( Waleed) for his outstanding support throughout my husband’s UK spouse visa application. Our case was particularly challenging, as the Home Office initially refused the application due to concerns regarding my employment and financial evidence. This led to a lengthy and stressful appeal process, leaving my husband and me separated for months and causing us considerable emotional distress. Throughout this difficult journey, I knew I had chosen a professional legal team. WH Solicitors supported us through a complex immigration case, and despite the long delays and uncertainty, we finally achieved the outcome we had been hoping and praying for. My husband’s visa was approved, and he is now in the UK with me! After months of separation, stress and uncertainty, being reunited is something we will always be grateful for. I cannot thank WH Solicitors enough for helping us reach this happy ending. Their professionalism and dedication have meant so much to us during one of the most difficult periods of our lives. I would wholeheartedly recommend WH Solicitors to anyone facing a challenging immigration case. The journey was long, but we finally got there, and we could not be happier with the outcome. Thank you so much for everything you have done for us. We will always appreciate your support, and I would not hesitate to recommend your firm to others.

We cannot recommend Waleed Hassan and his team highly enough. They handled our highly complex and challenging immigration case with exceptional expertise, dedication, and unwavering support, helping turn what felt like an almost impossible situation into a successful outcome for our family. Our journey began almost three years ago when we first applied for visas for our three children. At the time, our eldest was just 17 and our twins were only 15. Our first application was refused. We reapplied with stronger evidence, but sadly received a second refusal. We then proceeded with an Administrative Review and waited approximately 18 months for the outcome. During this time, our circumstances became even more complicated. Our eldest turned 19, our twins turned 17, my sponsorship was cancelled, and I subsequently changed from a Skilled Worker visa to a dependant visa through my partner. After almost three years of uncertainty, refusals, delays, and emotional challenges, there were moments when we were almost ready to give up. However, Waleed never allowed us to lose hope. Whenever we felt discouraged or overwhelmed, he remained positive and reassuring. His guidance and confidence gave us the strength to continue, even when we struggled to believe that a positive outcome was possible. Today, after nearly three years of waiting and overcoming one challenge after another, our children’s visas have finally been approved. As parents, being separated from our children for so long has been incredibly difficult. This outcome means far more to us than simply receiving visas it represents the beginning of a new chapter and the opportunity for our family to finally be reunited. Waleed, thank you sincerely for standing by us, giving us hope when we were close to giving up, and continuing to believe in our case. Your professionalism, knowledge, patience, and genuine commitment made a life-changing difference to our family. We would highly recommend Waleed Hassan and his team to anyone facing a complex immigration matter. We will always be deeply grateful for everything you have done for our family. Thank you, Waleed, for helping make what once seemed impossible a reality. ❤️
