We cannot recommend Waleed Hassan and his team highly enough. They handled our highly complex and challenging immigration case with exceptional expertise, dedication, and unwavering support, helping turn what felt like an almost impossible situation into a successful outcome for our family. Our journey began almost three years ago when we first applied for visas for our three children. At the time, our eldest was just 17 and our twins were only 15. Our first application was refused. We reapplied with stronger evidence, but sadly received a second refusal. We then proceeded with an Administrative Review and waited approximately 18 months for the outcome. During this time, our circumstances became even more complicated. Our eldest turned 19, our twins turned 17, my sponsorship was cancelled, and I subsequently changed from a Skilled Worker visa to a dependant visa through my partner. After almost three years of uncertainty, refusals, delays, and emotional challenges, there were moments when we were almost ready to give up. However, Waleed never allowed us to lose hope. Whenever we felt discouraged or overwhelmed, he remained positive and reassuring. His guidance and confidence gave us the strength to continue, even when we struggled to believe that a positive outcome was possible. Today, after nearly three years of waiting and overcoming one challenge after another, our children’s visas have finally been approved. As parents, being separated from our children for so long has been incredibly difficult. This outcome means far more to us than simply receiving visas it represents the beginning of a new chapter and the opportunity for our family to finally be reunited. Waleed, thank you sincerely for standing by us, giving us hope when we were close to giving up, and continuing to believe in our case. The case wasn't straight forward but Waleed was very thorough in the prepration of the application. The extension was granted within a few day.
