“We bought a house on Taylor Wimpey and our solicitor was Kate Heath who expertises in new builds. Kate dealt with us in a professional manner, communication was second to none, great customer service and we felt comfortable and felt at ease whilst both our sale and purchase were going through. We feel the speed of the whole process was fast, considering we were selling and buying. Kate worked well with Taylor Wimpey to ensure we were in the house as planned before Christmas. We also used help to buy which was a smooth process, everything was dealt with ease by Kate and I would 100% recommend Poole Alcock to use when buying or selling a house.
