Charlotte at Stowe Family Law handled my child custody case (which was by no means straightforward.) We contacted Richard Nelson LLP for advice and potential dispute between our selves and the school that or Grandson goes to. After giving them a brief of the problem over the phone Louise called us back with the and ran through in detail the issues we were having. she then guided us through the process of explaining our rights and also those of the school so that we had a full and rounded picture of likely outcomes. Louise then made contact on our behalf with the school and ensured we had all information we need to ensure we had a positive outcome. Your team's thorough work and concise correspondence has ensured that she did not have to worry too much about the process. The divorce was, of course, relatively straightforward to deal with in practice since both children are in adulthood. However, the emotional toll was immense for her and without a doubt, your legal advice brought a significant degree of relief.� I realise that you deal with countless cases, many of them divorces.
