Following the death of my father in Dec 2022 we have been dealing with his solicitor. I won’t focus on their service but in short they were awful and let us down during a difficult year. We started to work with Alexander’s for the sale of one of the properties left in the will and we have been so impressed that we are now moving all our dealings over to Alexander’s, my sisters have also used you for their house sales, my mother is moving her Will… the list goes on. Couldn’t be happier with our dealings with Alexander’s and all who we dealt with, Debbie, Lesley etc are a credit to your company.

Our parents used Alexander & Co for their wills many years ago. When our mother passed away a few months ago A&Co were very efficient when dealing with the collection of our parents’ wills. So when it came to dealing with the sale of our parents’ house, we knew that they would be the right company of solicitors to use. We were not disappointed. From the first time I spoke to Jessica whilst on holiday in France, I felt confident we would be in good hands. Jessica was very professional, efficient, friendly and we established a good rapport from the start. She really took the stress out of selling our parents’ house. We also had an occasional call with Kate, who was also very friendly and professional. Thank you both.

Alexander and Co were amazing from start to finish. We had the pleasure of working with Kate Barry and Beth Norris. They treat you as humans rather than numbers. For example, we were first time buyers and a seller pulled out on a Friday afternoon out of the blue. Even though it was 5pm on a Friday, Kate answered my call and reassured me that all would be ok and I should contact Kate when needed on our next potential property.
