Worst Conveyancing Experience Ever
This review is for a different branch.
Standard property sale with no upward chain. Took at least 2 months longer than it should have. Poor and often incorrect communication from solicitor. Frequent chasing required. We had to chase responses to enquiries. Delay cost us over £2,000 in bills and interest that could have been avoided. Inaccurate completion statement. The estate agent was not able to get regular updates so we had to chase on their behalf. Overall, a very poor service and not one I would recommend.

Katie was very thorough going through every detail of the purchase of our apartment and pointing out things she wasn't happy about, which we'd never thought of. It all got sorted out in the end due to Katie being like a terrier with a b o n e (website won't let me put that word without spacing!) over one particular issue with permission for a door. In hindsight, we are glad she did this, but at the time, we just felt it was delaying things, but she was, of course, right to do it.

We dealt with Rebecca Gadsby on the sale of a bungalow. I must say, from start to finish, the experience was straight-forward, clear and efficient. I would definitely recommend. We did correspond mainly by email, but that suited me because often I cannot take calls due to meetings, but Bex, without exception, responded to me quickly. Very impressed.
