My experience with Dianne Collins, Nelsons solicitors has been positive from the outset. I contacted Dianne in relation to Historical abuse that I received as a child . Dianne was empathetic, understanding and very supportive . This continued throughout, to the end . Dianne completed all paperwork on my behalf, advocated for me and kept me updated throughout the process. I felt comfortable with sharing sensitive information with her as she showed me the ultimate respect and time needed to move forward with my case. Dianne from the outset had belief in what I was telling her and she believed in me , which meant the world. The process was long , however that was not down to Nelson’s it was down to factors such as gaining documents ect from third parties. The outcome was positive for me , I was awarded a significant amount of monies and acknowledgement from CICA based on my trauma as a child. I urge anyone who needs a positive experience and support, to instruct Dianne Collins or Nelsons to act on your behalf. They are professional, caring, efficient, I felt completely valued as an individual, resulted in a positive outcome. It made a world of difference to know that you treated as an individual and believed in. Absolutely outstanding service.
