“On learning I was being taken to court after my daughters father had cancelled mediation because he wasn't getting the outcome he wanted made me feel anxious, stressed and very upset. I met with Jackie who put it all into perspective and helped me understand that I hadn't done anything wrong and the situation was difficult.
