We recently completed a complex lease agreement, and I cannot recommend Jonathan Chung (Jon) highly enough. He was absolutely instrumental in ensuring this deal reached completion, especially after we encountered significant and frustrating delays from third parties. His response to the bottleneck was exemplary. He quickly escalated the issue and pushed assertively for a resolution, ensuring our interests were protected and the transaction did not fall apart. I was recommended the services of one of the partners Tom O’Neil. To sort out a dispute, I was having with a commercial lease with one of my tenants, after failing to resolve the problem with a local solicitor. He was extremely patient and dealt with the long-standing matter in a very professional manor. It even got to the stage where he had to threaten the tenant with eviction, if they would not sign the new lease. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Farleys and would certainly recommend.
