We have purchased a number of properties between 2013 and 2023. The power team of Jasmin Dolan and Danielle Sullivan are second to none. Speed, excellent advice and straightforward dealings are among the list of the best traits there are for a solicitor. They have them all. Compared to the other firms we have use in the past: these two ladies are heads and shoulders above the rest. You don’t hear people recommending fantastic solicitors often, but whenever I hear someone needs one, they get the details of Jasmin and Danielle, because these ladies are the absolute cream of the crop. We used CW Booths to handle the sale and purchase of our new house as they came recommended by our estate agents and they did not disappoint. The process was smooth and we were kept up to date along the way. Our solicitor Robert was on hand to answer our queries and even during his annual leave our case was dealt with by a colleague to ensure everything kept moving forward. Pricing is fair and there were no hidden fees at the end which you so often hear about with other firms. I would not hesitate to use CW Booths again and will recommend them to family and friends in the future.
