We approached SAS Daniels to help us undertake a lease assignment of a commercial property. We were hoping to take the building on but had never been a party to a lease assignment before. We were a bit unsure about if it was the right thing for us and our business, we felt quite unsure about how everything worked. As it turns out, we shouldn't have worried; Maisie Clarke was our solicitor and she couldn't have done more to help us. She explained the process to us in terms we could clearly understand before we even got started. Maisie was so communicative and professional and she made sure we were kept up-to-date throughout. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything got done in time for our completion deadline too, which was so important to meet the needs of our business. Maisie was always on the ball, she formed good connections with the other parties solicitors, so she could get information disbursed and returned quickly, which I think speaks to how good of a communicator she is and how committed she was to achieving the deadline. We had to take a view on a few items and it was sometimes a bit tough to understand the implications, but with Maisie's support we got a better understanding and confidence, overall this made our decisions so much easier. Working with Maisie was a breath of fresh air, unlike some solicitors we have experienced in the past (at other firms) she made our needs feel important, responded quickly and was super proactive in chasing up the other parties involved when needed.
