I recently had legal work carried out for the re-mortgage of one of my properties; this was the first time I was going through a re-mortgage process so the whole process was new to me. I needed to have Independent Legal Advice and amendment of my company articles, the latter which I was a little apprehensive about as I had no idea about this, however, was required to be completed for my re-mortgage. Elinor carried out all this legal work for me in a very efficient short turn-around and communicative manner for a very fair price (I phoned other firms for comparisons). I will definitely be using her services again for future property legal work. Thank you for a great job.

Having worked with many different legal firms over the years I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly. Chelsie and in turn Elliot Mather are beyond the 'good' end of that spectrum. The buying procedure was not smooth as expected, but mainly due to the vender's side as they are not responsive. Great thanks to Gina (Gina Payne) and Julia (Julia Calow) for their expertise in buying properties, which has secured the transaction till the completion. Have to say they are very professional and their operations are well-scheduled thanks to their experience. They are very nice, helpful, and responsive, with timely suggestions and feedbacks via email, phone calls and paper mails. Their excellent service definitely deserves the prices they have charged, and I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a decent and professional solictor.
