At the start of any divorce proceedings, one has no clue how long it will last or how straightforward it will be but it is so very important that you feel that you have the right person by your side guiding you through. I received the most excellent service, guidance and support from Lauren Greenhalgh of Richard Nelson Solicitors LLP. An extremely professional and understanding lady and a kind and thoughtful human. Louise (O'Driscoll) has helped our son in a misconduct proceedings case at university. Her support and expertise on a personal and professional level have been outstanding. We were so lucky to have found her to fight his case successfully. I cannot recommend her and her barrister colleague Wendy highly enough. Going through the investigation was an incredibly difficult time for the whole family but foremost for our son. Louise was always accessible, responsive and dedicated to the case. Her expertise and skill were exceptional and we do not know what we would have done without her, we are so grateful for her help.

Jayne was a blessing from start to finish!

Jayne was friendly, patient, understanding and hardworking. I felt confident in her as she was on the ball throughout the process. She communicated efficiently and honestly, which I greatly appreciated. Into my 5th year of paying for legal advice and assistance, the solicitor acting (or not) on my behalf suddenly left the firm without even a courtesy email. They have now confirmed that they are not able to continue with my case and have left me high and dry without representation. I will now have to start again with another solicitor having spent in excess of £20,000 with this firm.

Victoria Rees was great in her diligence in helping me to provide what was needed for the process when all my instincts kept moving towards much too personal reflections. She bore with me when I would think of something which I thought was important and immediately include it in an email. This made her life more difficult in processing all the information I was giving her. She pushed me to be more remorseful in my reflections when I would hold back because of shame.
