I think Samantha is amazing in what she does she is absolutely brilliant and this is the second time she and Trudie have secured a place for my son in a specialist dyslexic school and now sixth form. Not only is she excellent at her job she has saved my son's educational future. I would highly recommend.
Our life has changed immensely for the better now that our daughter has been granted a special school placement. Whereas before there was no hope we can look towards a brighter future - our daughter now able to access education and her mental health is improving every day. I cannot put into words how grateful I am for Samantha and Trudi's help in this matter, I don't know where we would have been without them! Navigating the SEN and EHCP system is a minefield and mentally exhausting to the point where you feel broken. Samantha managed to balance brilliant legal strategy with profound empathy, it was as if she was fighting for her own child. She made us feel like we were a team, and she was the captain. When we thought there was no way we could get a favourable outcome, she never gave up the fight, even though we thought we were losing, she gave us hope, and that is what we held on to.
