I had the pleasure of working with Rita on my case, and I found her to be extremely helpful, professional, and highly knowledgeable in the law. Her expertise and guidance throughout the process were invaluable, and she made sure to explain every step in detail, which gave me great confidence in her abilities.

While the case was handled with the utmost professionalism, I must admit that the costs were higher than I initially anticipated, and at certain stages, it did stretch me to my financial limits. I recently approached Richard Nelson solicitors for a service in relation to my name being placed on a barred list by DBS, and I couldn’t be more impressed with way my case was handled and the quality of service that I received from the start.
I first spoke with a lovely lady of whom her name has escaped me (I’m truly sorry), who arranged a call back for me.
Mark Hopwell explained how my case will be dealt with. For example, Mark asked me to send all relevant documents relating to the case, and after which he arranged 90 minutes for discussion with me over the phone. Somehow, the discussion went over the 90minutes slot, but Mark didn’t mind. Mark handled all the representations and involved me throughout.
What stood out for me was their professionalism. They are very thorough, meticulous and attention to details in their work. For example, there were some little things which I thought were not going to be picked up which they were picked up during the process. Also, there were some aspects of my case which I thought were less important, which in fact turned out to be part of the plank of the case.
I also thank other members of staff for their efforts.
I would highly recommend Richard Nelson Solicitors to anyone in need of expert legal advice or representation for solicitors matters Their dedication to excellence and client satisfaction knows no bound.

Latoya has been instrumental that the Police discarded the consideration to add disclosure to my DBS status. She was willing to listen to my needs and after checking my documents assured me that it can be done. She highlighted certain evidence which I did not know was important till then. Most importantly Latoya was open to suggestions and adapted as necessary and firm on certain other points that she said was important. Highly recommended.

Victoria Rees was great in her diligence in helping me to provide what was needed for the process when all my instincts kept moving towards much too personal reflections. She bore with me when I would think of something which I thought was important and immediately include it in an email. This made her life more difficult in processing all the information I was giving her. She pushed me to be more remorseful in my reflections when I would hold back because of shame.
