Victoria Rees was great in her diligence in helping me to provide what was needed for the process when all my instincts kept moving towards much too personal reflections. She bore with me when I would think of something which I thought was important and immediately include it in an email. This made her life more difficult in processing all the information I was giving her. She pushed me to be more remorseful in my reflections when I would hold back because of shame. Thank you Victoria for the time and energy you took in knocking me into shape.

Words cannot express how grateful I am for Richard Nelson LLP. I came to them while i was under a desperate situation and had no knowledge of the legal procedures. From the 1st email enquiry to the trial, Jacqui Callan's team where nothing but supportive, and very professional. I had consistent and updates and always great communication from the team. Mr Gibbs made time to answer any question I and my family had, I felt Megan was so approachable and we could tell we were in great hands. I always felt included in meetings and felt confident in the representation that was given to me. The team saved me from the worst experience of my life after being falsely and maliciously accused of a crime. The team worked hard during the criminal trial. I also experience working with Victoria regarding my professional body. Victoria was very quick and efficient in her responses.
