Megan was excellent throughout the entire case. She was highly informative, providing clear and detailed guidance, and offering helpful direction at every stage. Her communication was consistent and reassuring, which made the whole process much easier to navigate. I felt completely at ease knowing she was on top of everything and handling the case with professionalism and care. The case was very serious and ongoing for almost 36 months, and it was an incredibly difficult time for me and my family. Words cannot express how grateful I am for Richard Nelson LLP. I came to them while i was under a desperate situation and had no knowledge of the legal procedures. From the 1st email enquiry to the trial, Jacqui Callan's team where nothing but supportive, and very professional. I had consistent and updates and always great communication from the team. Mr Gibbs made time to answer any question I and my family had, I felt Megan was so approachable and we could tell we were in great hands. I always felt included in meetings and felt confident in the representation that was given to me. The team saved me from the worst experience of my life after being falsely and maliciously accused of a crime. The team worked hard during the criminal trial.
