I contacted Patrick on the thrusday I received my settlement agreement for voluntary redundancy, he called me back the same afternoon and arranged a telephone appointment (although I could have gone into the office if I wanted to). the telephone appointment was an easy way to discuss this type of agreement, he talked me through everything, explained what some of the terms meant and let me ask questions. immediately after the appointment he signed his part of the agreement and returned it to my employer, informing me that he had done so, I received it from my employer two days later and within three days of the appointment the agreement was fully signed. I would recommend him to anyone going through this process, he was professional, informative and made the whole process very easy.

This was my first time engaging legal advice, and as a neurodivergent person situations such as the one which led me to attaining such advice are challenging, as are unknown experiences. Patrick explained everything clearly from start to finish and was very patient with my queries. Naturally I hope never to need their support again, but I wouldn't hesitate in reaching out should the need arise in the future.
