I have worked with Chelsie for many years on an array of different transactions, whether that be a freehold acquisition, refinance, lease event or a straight forward leasehold disposal. Having worked with many different legal firms over the years I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly. Chelsie and in turn Elliot Mather are beyond the 'good' end of that spectrum. I always seem to have more than one job on with Chelsie at anyone time, some easier than other. Her attention to detail and level of communication is exceptional and enables her to run rings round Partners at National Law firms on the other side of the transactions, which is why I continue to push significant amount of business Chelsie's way! This is the third time I have used Taylor and Emmet for my house conveyancing and overall I was equally happy with this experience. I did have some early frustration with trying to find the right person to answer a query I had. While I understand the increased efficiency of completing forms online, I had to try several different times to find someone who could answer my question about whether I could proceed even though the vendor had not obtained probate in order to sell the property. However, after that the work was completed smoothly and efficiently and I was kept informed during the exchange and completion phase of the transaction.
