Positive and friendly encounters, whether by phone, email or in person - no bots involved. Also, my conveyance was dealt with in the space of a month, with the completion date set and kept. It is rare to find such efficiency in a team of solicitors. Highly recommended!

Scullion Law Highly Recommended. Our solicitor was very helpful, communicative and prompt in dealing with our conveyancing. We were kept updated right through the process and we feel confident that our best interests were at the forefront each step of the way. We would choose Scullion Law in future and have no concerns in recommending them to others in need of professional conveyancing.

Adam Smith and his team handled our house move with professionalism, giving us advice where necessary and prompt replies to our correspondence. On moving day the transaction was done speedily and banking timeously. We were kept well informed and we have no hesitation in recommending their services. …………………….. N.B.In the description boxes below I haven’t selected the services not required or which we could not compare. With regard to costs we have no knowledge of what other solicitors charge but we were happy to pay the amount charged and this had been clearly quoted to us when we initially approached them. As stated before…..very happy!

Haroon Bashir was my conveyancing solicitor and he was brilliant from start to finish. Very professional and thorough. Haroon and his assistant Ellie were both fantastic and able to answer any questions promptly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend.

I’ve been using HSR Solicitors in Gainsborough for many years now, and they have consistently provided an outstanding service with every property sale and purchase I’ve done. Helen Marshall and her team are simply exceptional – their communication is always prompt and clear, and their professionalism is second to none. What really sets them apart is the depth of knowledge and advice they offer. Whether it's a straightforward sale or a more complex transaction involving bridging loans and refinancing, I’ve always felt confident and reassured that my best interests are being protected. They take the time to explain everything thoroughly and in plain English – no confusing legal jargon – which I’ve really appreciated over the years. I’ll be the first to admit I can be a bit demanding at times, but Helen and her team have always handled my queries and concerns with patience, professionalism, and a friendly approach. They’ve gone above and beyond time and time again. I’ve recommended HSR Law to friends, family, and my own clients, and I’ll continue to do so without hesitation. If you’re looking for a personable, knowledgeable, and reliable legal team, look no further than HSR Law. They are fantastic!

This is the second time I've use FJG and we are also using them for another house sale coming up so it's safe to say their service is flawless. Sasha and Abigale have been fantastic with this house sale and communication has been great. Helps so much having the app to get updates and fill out the forms. Thanks again and look forward to working with you again.

The team at Blacks are very efficient, and the speed at which they completed my conveyancing and purchase process was truly impressive.
