After a very frustrating and slow experience with my house purchase with another solicitors, BWK got the move sorted after some friends recommended them. They were reassuring as I was a first time buyer so didn't know processes involved and was nervous about it. The other company never replied or answered the phone so it was so refreshing to be able to talk to Mike or Abigail if I needed to, and to know they would respond to my emails within a reasonable time. They were both very helpful throughout the process.

Our sale was handled with the upmost professional and care. All parties involved in the transaction were able to talk to whoever they needed to, when ever they needed to. First class service.

I have been consulting Diane for several years with different tires of transactions from purchases, sales, remortgage and title transfers; her knowledge is impeccable, always correct and dependable.

This was my first time working with RFB and I am extremely happy with the service I have received. Londjana couldn’t be more helpful! Documents were drawn up and signed very quickly and the process was smooth and hassle free on my end. Thank you to all involved for helping me settle my property purchase.

Sam has looked after our legal business for several years and this time we really put him to the test. At the very last minute we purchased a piece of land at auction and asked him, with no notice, to act for us. With his customary "no fuss" MO he quickly picked up the thread, carried out the legals, advised us where necessary and completed the deal successfully. As a long standing customer we feel well treated by him with no lack of effort or sincerity despite operating in todays highly pressurised market. Well done Sam and thank you, we appreciated it.

Professional and top notch service for over 5 years! 5/5 👍 Great value for money and I will recommend any day.

It’s my third time working with Mohammed and I’m very happy with his work I’m looking forward to working with Mohammed again in future

I engaged WGA( in the human form of Lauren Dilworth!) to process the sale of a buy-to-let property my small company owned in the Downham Market area. Rumours abounded that the sale process was likely to be long and arduous. In reality, the transaction was remarkably pain-free and within an acceptable time-frame. Many thanks to Lauren and her colleagues for their help - I would have no reservations in recommending their services for a transaction of this kind.
