Johnson Astills dealt with the purchase of a leasehold apartment. The lease was complicated with sub-leases and very little information from the vendor. Manni and Gina were tenacious and diligent - they pursued the vendor's conveyancers and kept us fully informed throughout. They did not allow our enthusiasm to purchase the property get in the way of their explanation of concerns regarding the risks involved; their approach allowed us to fully weigh the information needed to come to a decision. Advice was always prompt, personal and clear. We were readily able to contact the named solicitors. This was a complicated process and something of which we had no previous experience - their communication was simple, clear and they were always willing to explain things we had not fully grasped. I would definitely use them again.
