Lucy handled my case with professionalism and courtesy. She offered excellent advice and talked me through the process, checking that all my paperwork and certificates were in order before serving a Section 21 notice on my tenant. When the tenant failed to move out she promptly, on my instruction, applied to the court for a Possession Order, which was granted.
The costs are very reasonable for the work undertaken.

Our tenant having paid very irregularly in the past 12 years, stopped paying any rent altogether for a year. The notice served and the request for a possession order issued by Lucy Payne of Solicitors4landlords was what she needed to encourage her to apply for a council house. It has definitely been worth the expense, and we were lucky, as she has now left without any court hearing being required.
We would definitely contact this solicitor again, should the case arise.
