Section 21 - served and successful

Life saver
Honestly could not of got through such a stressful time without Lucy. She handled all of the complicated legal bits but also was full of sympathy and reassurance whenever we became frustrated (never with Lucy obviously but with the whole situation).

Professional Services For Tenant Eviction
Despite using a letting agency, we had a tenant whom did not pay rent for a number of months. We needed to source professional/legal advice and was recommended Solicitors4landlords by a friend. Lucy was very professional and gave me quick advice and action points on our first conversation. Once I had paid the legal fees, Lucy was quick to issue a section21 and start the eviction process. Unfortunately the tenant did not adhere to any correspondence or court orders, which resulted in getting baliffs to take possession. Quite a harrowing experience, and not one I would like anyone to have to go through, but without Lucy I honestly don’t know when or how we would have got our home back. I couldn’t recommend Lucy highly enough.

Very helpful
All required paperwork delivered in good time, clear advice, recovered from incorrect initial judgement against me with a successful appeal and long drawn out eviction due to painfully slow wheels of justice. We got there in the end. Thank you Lucy.
