Mohammed is a very professional and very friendly solicitor. He gives me clear advice and no time wasting. I’ll definitely be using this firm again if needed

Our sale was handled with the upmost professional and care. All parties involved in the transaction were able to talk to whoever they needed to, when ever they needed to. First class service.

Abbey and Luisa’s professionalism and attentiveness was exceptional from the get-go. Being first time buyers, my husband and I were nervous and unsure when beginning the house buying process, but we were supported all the way through to completion. With Abbey and Luisa’s guidance and care, we felt informed every step of the way. The transparency, communication, and compassion was fantastic and we are both extremely happy with the service provided. We are so thankful for the time and attention taken to ensure we got the keys to our first home and would thoroughly recommend Rothera Bray to everybody.

Stephen dealt with a recent house purchase and was great, very efficient, easy to speak to and always at hand to answer any questions I had. He's a credit to Howells and would recommend him for any conveyancing needs!

We were particularly impressed with Georgia’s dedication during this recent property sale. Taking the time to liaise with us after hours on a Friday night made a real difference in keeping the transaction on track. Her communication was clear, proactive, and highly professional throughout. It’s always a pleasure working with someone so committed, and we would highly recommend her services.

I recently purchased two flats within the same block, along with the freehold and lease extensions, and Alex was exceptional throughout the entire process. He was helpful, responsive, and incredibly informative, providing clear guidance at every stage. His advice was always professional and easy to understand, which made what could have been a complex transaction feel smooth and well-managed. Alex’s communication was excellent, and he was always quick to respond to any questions I had. His knowledge and support were invaluable, and I genuinely felt that he had my best interests in mind from start to finish. I’m extremely grateful for all of his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy in the area. Thank you again, Alex!

Lauren was exceptionally helpful and organised in helping us buy our first home. She kept us updated on progress throughout the whole process, ensuring a very smooth purchase.

We recently used Oliver at Poole Aclock Solicitors to remortgage our house for our limited company, and the service was outstanding. Oliver kept us updated throughout the whole process, making everything smooth and stress-free. Highly professional and reliable — we’d highly recommend him and would definitely use his services again in the future.

Fantastic service from Rachel and the team throughout the remortgage process. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a solicitor.

We didn’t know too much about Sam when we engaged him for conveyancing but our buyer wanted a very quick sale. Sam kept us updated with progress reports and was “on it” every step of the way. So both our buyer and us were truly impressed with his service ( I have already recommended him to two friends)
