    “Emily is very responsive and did the work required efficiently and competently. She is easy to talk to on the phone and gave me clear information about the progress of the sale. She mostly replied to emails and always responded to calls to the office. I would suggest that she is very busy and under a degree of pressure because although she always responded promptly to my queries eg has the licence arrived from East Suffolk, can we fill in the completion form now etc, she wasn’t proactive about these things until I queried them, so I felt, at times, that I was setting the pace of the procedure. ”
