Shweta was incredibly helpful throughout my transfer of equity and loan agreement processes. She was diligent and professional with her advice and guidance. I would recommend her services as I always felt she had my best interest in mind and was swift in her approach. Thank you Shweta for all your hard work!

We instructed Ed Watson to do our conveyancing as the solicitor we originally instructed was taking far too long 3-4 months so far Unbelievably Ed got the whole matter completed in 3-4 weeks. He was very diligent, friendly informative at every level We would have no problems in recommending Ed Watson and Paris Smith in the future

Our sale was handled with the upmost professional and care. All parties involved in the transaction were able to talk to whoever they needed to, when ever they needed to. First class service.

Excellent service, amazing people. I used Rothera Bray for the sale of my business. I dealt with Marneya Chauhan and Liz Mills. I cannot fault them. Both of them were quite simply outstanding. I would whole- heartedly recommend them and the firm to anyone needing Legal advice or selling their business.

Charlotte Farrant and her team have been absolutely superb in dealing with my sale, Charlotte always responded to my emails and queries etc. in a timely manner and usually the same day if she was able too, thank you also to Abby. I look toward to continuing to work with Charlotte and her team on my purchase

I recently worked with Reyhan as my conveyancing solicitor for both the sale of my old home and the purchase of my new one, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service she provided. From start to finish, Reyhan was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. She communicated clearly at every step, answered all my questions and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and well managed. Her attention to detail and dedication gave me real peace of mind throughout both transactions. I’m genuinely grateful for her hard work and guidance, and I would highly recommend Reyhan and Sweeney miller to anyone looking for a reliable and outstanding conveyancing solicitor. Thank you again Reyhan.

From the moment we instructed Kristine with Setfords, we knew we were in safe hands. Kristine was thorough, knowledgeable and friendly, her communication was second to none. Telephone calls were always answered, emails responded to. Kristine was extremely patient and professional, especially when dealing with the horrendous firm our buyer instructed. Queries were fully explained to us and clarifications always given when needed, we were never made to feel like an inconvenience or just one case number of many. Kristine kept us up to date throughout and provided us with assurance that, despite our buyer’s solicitors, we would get this transaction through. And so we did- thank you so much Kristine!

We felt in very safe hands with Paul acting as our solicitor in our recent house sale & purchase. Extremely thorough and always felt he has our best interests in mind with excellent communication. We would definitely recommend and use Paul again!
