We have now used Daniel for the 3rd property transaction (both sales and purchase) and we are still very impressed with him. Any query is being answered very promptly, often same day (and occasionally even over the weekend.. which makes me feel a bit bad!) As we are – as usual – in a ‘property chain’ and know others in the chain (and others buying/selling properties) we are so lucky that we have Daniel as he responds very promptly. Others tell us that their solicitor may not respond for 1 week or more (!), neighbours – who are selling their house – apparently were told off by their solicitor for daring to contact them and asking for an update! Or even charging for giving an update (!). So I can really recommend Daniel very highly.

I worked with Daniel Perry in the past and had a very good experience so I came back to Bannister Preston. This time Nick handled the purchase of 2 apartments. As Nick described, they were two completely different transactions. The first was a very slow burn, quite frustrating, but Nick handled it very professionally while regularly chasing up the other side. The second was a repossession with a very tight and challenging time deadline. I was in good hands and always felt confident that the process was being handled in the best way. I can recommend without hesitation!
